* The 1st electronic dance music festival in Latvia - Essential KnockOUT!

Propeller Productions in conjunction with Club Essential are proud to announce the first electronic dance music festival Essential KnockOUT to take place on Saturday, 7th July - from dusk till dawn. The festival spot lies in the very centre of Riga city - on Zakusala island, on the river Daugava, near a huge tower of a similar form to the Eiffel (built for television transmition in the late seventies) - a perfect place for an outdoor dance music celebration in the heart of the urban capital. Blasting dance music that's finally made it's way out of the clubs and into the wild - filling Zakusala with thousands of clubbers, music lovers and people simply seeking positive energy, vibration of the music to echo deep into their hearts, to fill their bodies with the joy of dance under the starry sky.

Essential KnockOUT. The name gets it right there - from the technical to the visual and artistic side of it - this will knock you out! And - yes! - this is essential! 4 stages, unique and original decorations and design, tons and tons of the best sound and light equipment, the greatest and the latest in visualization of image on screens different in form and configuration, the most powerful lasers in the world illuminating the sky and the tower. An outdoor event production that has no precedent in the history of events in the Baltics. As for the musical programme - it's as ambitious as the technical production - world class DJs on all stages!

Covered by a huge tent the stage is set for the Best Club in the World 2006 - Amnesia Ibiza. For those who are familiar with this legend of a club it has always been the impressive decorations, the fire of the fantastic go-go dancers and the performances filled with that mystic vibe. In terms of show the Amnesia Ibiza Stage at KnockOUT is set to fit the high standarts of the club itself!

Just around the corner on another stage in another tent a brand of 12 years of precise work and creative charm will present it‘s vibe - Milk'n'2 Sugars - on the MN2S Stage! Yes, you got it - we're dealing with the same passionate, house obsessed english perfectionists who always deliver a truly positive mood, a set of exceptionally stylish decorations and the world elite of house music masters to showcase their skill and feel. This is the first time MN2S will expose it's strength in this territory on such a large scale, so the expierence should and will be special here. You won't miss the tent - it's set for more than 700 attendats at a time and design of the stage promises to capture the special taste of MN2S.

As for dimensions and technical solutions the star of the night is the Red Stage - a huge technically complicated construction to embody an original DJ stage, an LED screen measured in square meters by tens, six go-go stands of grand height and a roof to welcome more than 1000 dancers.

And finally - European Hit Radio (EHR) is to come up with a surprise for it's actual and potential listeners in the form of the fourth KnockOUT tent - the EHR Stage. EHR is willing to shatter the myth of the radio as an automated and technocratic experience representing only a frequency. European Hit Radio's real strength lies in the young, talented and purposive people - the real on-air personalities who with the help of high technology simply communicate with the audience. An attendant will be surprised to see the DJs of the EHR team in real action - real in a matter of time and space without the ever present fix of the radio frequency.
